Tenders Are Invited for Specialist in Public Procurement (spm)
the Government of the Republic of Benin Has Received Funding From the African Development Fund (adf) to Cover the Cost of the Support Project for the Development of Dairy and Meat Sectors and the Promotion of Livestock Enterprises (prodefilav-pel), and Intends to Use Part of the Funds Granted to Finance the Recruitment and Management of the Procurement Specialist (ps) for the Said Project.
Expressions of interest, written in French and accompanied by a duly signed letter of interest, must be sent by email or submitted in two (2) physical copies: one (1) original and one (1) copy, as well as one (1) scanned electronic version of the original on a USB drive in PDF format, to the Secretariat Office of the PRMP of the FNDA, on the 3rd floor of the FNDA General Directorate located in the Zongo district, ESPACE ANTOU building, 3rd street on the right when leaving the Maromilitaire intersection towards the former BOA Zongo, no later than Monday, October 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. sharp (Local time: GMT+1).

at the FNDA PRMP Secretariat Office, on the 3rd floor of the FNDA General Directorate located in the

towards the former BOA Zongo, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. starting
Tuesday, September 22, 2026.
