Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC announces the holding of a repeated open tender for the purchase of Jira Software and Confluence Data Center software licenses for Halyk Insurance Company JSC, a subsidiary of the Bank. Mandatory requirements for potential suppliers are specified in the tender documentation.
