Tenders Are Invited for Supervision of Studies and Final Designs of the Guayubín River Irrigation Systems Reconstruction and Expansion Project.
Call for applications from September 10 to October 17, 2026
At the request of the Government of the Dominican Republic, CAF will finance the “Supervision of the Studies and Final Designs of the Project for the Reconstruction and Expansion of Irrigation Systems of the Guayubín River .
Therefore, CAF invites consulting firms interested in submitting proposals to provide services related to the supervision of the aforementioned studies.?
Legal entities that demonstrate capacity and experience in the development of related studies may respond by following the steps described in the section “Steps to participate”.
Consultancy description:
The overall objective of this consultancy is to oversee the final studies and designs for the Guayubín River Irrigation System Reconstruction and Expansion Project , with sufficient detail to prepare the works for tender and facilitate the subsequent implementation of the investment project. These studies will encompass technical, economic, financial, environmental, and social feasibility analyses. The service will include all tasks required for the supervision of these activities, as well as monitoring the progress of the execution schedule in accordance with the plan.
Funding: CAF will provide the financial resources for the hiring of the consultancy through the Pre-investment Program for the Water Sector (CAF-PPSA).
Reference budget: USD 80,000
Language of proposal submission: Spanish.
Language of the presentation of studies: Spanish.
Contract execution period:12 months from the date of subscription of the service contract.?
