Objective: The objective of these Terms of Reference is to guide the bidding process to identify the suitable contractors for the work described below in accordance with the agreed quality, budget, and deadlines. The overall goal of the project is to improve access to drinking water, sanitation, and hygiene in 08 schools located in the northern part of the country, in the departments of Madriz and Nueva Segovia, in order to contribute to the provision of essential services for girls, boys, and adolescents in safe, healthy, and dignified environments.
Nature of the work and location: This project includes the rehabilitation of the hydro-sanitary systems of two (02) schools located in Madriz (01 in San Juan de Rio Coco and 01 in Palacaguina) and six (06) schools located in Nueva Segovia (03 in Jalapa and 03 in Ocotal).
