Tenders Are Invited for “general Maintenance, Internal Cleaning and Inspection of the Fuel Storage Tanks N° 8-11-12 of the Pd El Vigia State of Mérida”
The SERVICE to be performed consists of carrying out general activities
related to: "General maintenance, internal cleaning,
and inspection of fuel storage tanks
No. 8, 11, and 12 at the El Vigía Distribution Plant, Mérida State."
All work shall be executed in accordance with Technical Specifications,
aiming for the standardization of all services, which include—
but are not limited to—the following:
- Preparation and Remediation: Logistical mobilization, degassing, and
internal tank cleaning, including the extraction and transport of
waste using vacuum trucks.
- Mechanical Intervention and Procurement: Preventive and corrective
maintenance of various types of valves; supply of accessories, flanges,
stud bolts, and gaskets; and installation of blind flanges for safe isolation. - Structural Rehabilitation: Deep cleaning, supply of materials, and
comprehensive repair of tank components (floor, shell, floating
roof, stairs, handrails, and supports), including abrasive cleaning of
metal structures.
- Modernization and Safety Systems: Replacement of drainage hoses
with articulated joints (PivotMaster), replacement of seals
(primary/secondary), and upgrading of fire suppression systems
(water and foam network).
