Tenders Are Invited for Comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas type E and nitrogen-rich Ls to the facilities of the Maritime Border Guard Unit
Comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (Type E) and nitrogen-enriched natural gas (Type Ls) to the facilities of the Maritime Border Guard Unit. Description: The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (Type E) and nitrogen-enriched natural gas (Type Ls) to the facilities of the Maritime Border Guard Unit, comprising the sale and distribution of gas in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Contract (constituting Chapter 2 of the Specification of Contract Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the "Specification") for the respective part of the contract. Other conditions for the performance of the contract applicable to all parts are set out in point 8.2 of the Specification within the "Draft provisions of the public procurement contract," which must be incorporated into the contract. The sale of natural gas shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended) and its implementing regulations, the Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 795, as amended), and the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended). Settlement of supplies shall be based on readings of actual gas consumption within monthly billing periods or in accordance with billing periods applicable to specific tariff groups.
