SCOPE OF THE REQUEST FOR BID
The Namibia Airports Company is inviting proposals for the management of a SecondTier Pay-Per-Use Lounge at Hosea Kutako International Airport (HKIA), offering the
following amenities, including but not limited to:
a) Complimentary food and beverages
b) Dining and television area
c) Reading materials
d) Internet access

e) Personal computer/desktop workstations
f) Ablution facilities
g) Access for all departing HKIA passengers who are willing to pay, hold
lounge memberships, or are Premium cardholders
h) Any additional facilities deemed appropriate
