Tenders Are Invited for Supply of Computer Equipment for Dematerialization Work Prior to the Establishment of the Land Information System
the Government of the Republic of Madagascar Has Received Financing From the African Development Bank Group, Hereinafter Referred to as the Bank, to Finance the Corridor Development and Trade Facilitation Project – Phase Ii (pacfc Ii), and Intends to Use Part of This Loan to Make Payments Under the Contract for the “provision of Computer Hardware for Dematerialization Works Prior to the Establishment of the Land Information System. for This Contract, the Borrower Will Make Payments Using the Direct Payment Disbursement Method, as Defined in the Bank's Guidelines Applicable to Disbursements Under Investment Project Financing, with the Exception of Payments for Which the Contract Stipulates That Payment Will Be Made By Letter of Credit.
Bids must be submitted to the address below no later than October 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time (GMT+3) and will be opened immediately after the bid submission deadline in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. Late bids will not be accepted.
