The Market Systems and Enterprises Facilitator will work under the supervision of the Livelihoods Officer and will be responsible for conducting field-based research and analysis, facilitating community groups, organizing training, developing intervention plans, and establishing market linkages. Key functions include conducting situational and value chain analyses, training producer groups in essential skills, facilitating action planning, networking with local stakeholders, and documenting project impacts. Training in Group Management, Financial Literacy, Basic Market Skills, Innovation, NRM and production skills
