Tenders Are Invited for Provision of Technical and Vocational Education Training and Business Management Training in Libya
The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking reputable and licensed companies for the provision of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and Business Management Training (BMT) services in Tripoli, Misrata, Tawergha, and Benghazi, Libya, under a one-year Fixed Unit Price Agreement.
