Tenders Are Invited for Supply of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The 98th National Guard Battalions Command "ARCHIPELAGOUS" (98th National Guard Battalions Command) announces an Open Electronic Reduced Tender No. 5/2026, for the supply of extra virgin olive oil, with the aim of meeting the needs of the Army, Navy and Air Force Units on the island of Lesbos (CPV: 15411110-6).
The total estimated value of the supply amounts to €89,040.00 excluding VAT. The contractual obligation of the supplier will have a duration of one (1) year, with the right to extend for one (1) additional six months. The award criterion is the lowest price per item, which will not exceed the maximum acceptable price determined by the Contracting Authority.
The tender will be held through the platform of the National Electronic Public Procurement System (ESIDIS), on the web portal www.promitheus.gov.gr (system serial number: 501190).
Submission deadlines:
Until September 15, 2026, 15:00 : electronic submission of supporting documents to ESIDIS
Until September 18, 2026, 15:00 : submission of printed supporting documents to the "Mavromichali" Camp, Pagani, Mytilene, Postal Code 81100
September 22, 2026, 09:00 : opening of bids at the Headquarters of the 98th ADTE
A participation guarantee letter equal to 2% of the budgeted value (excluding VAT), i.e. €1,780.00, is required.
