Tenders Are Invited for minimum capacity requirements n°22/BA/DGAM/DMG/SDL/SM/2026 “Acquisition and delivery of clothing in separate batches”
NATIONAL OPEN TENDER WITH MINIMUM CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS
No. 22/BA/DGAM/DMG/SDL/SM/2026
Acquisition and delivery of clothing in separate lots:
Lot: Men's Business Suits and Trousers;
Lot: Men's Shirts, Blouses, and Ties;
Lot: Workwear;
Lot: Women's Suits, Shirts, Scarves, and Shoes.

Bidders may submit bids for one or more lots at a time.
Only companies or consortia of companies that have obtained the tender specifications will be eligible to submit a bid.
In the case of a temporary consortium, the tender specifications must be obtained by the lead contractor or their designated representative, unless otherwise stipulated in the pre-existing memorandum of understanding.
The bidder is required to:
• Have completed at least one (1) order of the same nature* as the order covered by these specifications for the lot for which they are bidding within the last ten (10) years;
*For the Lot of Men's Dress Suits and Classic Trousers: One (1) order of the same nature is defined as an order of at least 100 dress suits;
*For the Lot of Men's Shirts, Short-Sleeved Shirts, and Ties: One (1) order of the same nature is defined as an order of at least 100 shirts and/or short-sleeved shirts;
*For the Lot of Workwear: One (1) order of the same nature is defined as an order for workwear;
*For the Lot of Women's Classic Suits, Shirts, Scarves, and Shoes: One (1) order of the same nature is defined as an order for dress suits and/or shirts and/or short-sleeved shirts.
• Has achieved the highest turnover over the last three (3) years, at least equal to twenty percent (20%) of the amount of its bid;
Other conditions:
• The technical bid must include a bid bond in an amount that may not, under any circumstances, be less than one percent (1%) of the total bid amount, including all taxes, valid for a minimum of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the bid opening date.
The deadline for submitting bids is set for Monday, August 24, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Bidders wishing to attend the bid opening session are invited to appear at the following address: 8, Boulevard ZIGHOUD Youcef, Algiers, on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Bidders shall remain bound by their bids for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of bid opening.
