Tenders Are Invited for supply and delivery of construction materials and equipment
This invitation to tender follows the awarding of funding by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) under the project " Bricks – A Future Under Construction: Innovation and Youth Employment in Traditional Construction in Niger ". It is anticipated that part of this funding will be used to make payments under the contract for the supply and delivery of construction materials and equipment, which is the subject of this Invitation to Tender.
2. CISP invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply and delivery of the following construction materials and equipment, intended for the implementation of traditional construction and youth training activities within the framework of the "Bricks" project. This Invitation for Bids comprises six (6) separate lots, each to be awarded separately for the conclusion of a unit-price framework contract:
Lot 1: Supply and delivery of materials (cement)
Lot 2: Supply and delivery of various construction materials and products (formwork timber, hardware, construction tools, paint, plumbing and sanitary equipment, etc.).
Lot 3: Supply and delivery of construction materials (reinforcing steel)
Lot 4: Supply and delivery of electrical equipment (generator, electric pump, etc.)
Lot 5: Supply and delivery of local or natural materials: fine sand and 0.5mm sieved sand, rounded gravel, banco, rubble, clay, fuelwood, coal and laterite, firewood)
Lot 6: Supply and delivery of equipment and materials for ceramics training courses
(The detailed technical description of each lot, as well as the possibility of bidding for one or all six lots, is specified in Section III – Specific details of the call for tenders and in Section IX – Technical specifications and Estimated bill of quantities.)
The procurement of the Contract will be conducted by Open National Tender, as defined in the procurement procedures applicable to projects financed by the AICS, and is open to all eligible bidders meeting the conditions described in this RFP.
Eligible and interested bidders can obtain further information from the CISP NGO office located in Agadez Katanga district opposite CSI Centre (Tel: 96 82 32 39/20352321) and in Niamey Yantala district-rue YN 42 opposite the 3SK station which is on the Mauris Delens tarmac.
And to review the tender documents at the address mentioned below, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday from July 22, 2026.

Bids must be written in French and must be received at the address indicated below no later than August 21, 2026, at 12:00 PM (deadline date ), at the CISP Agadez office, Katanga district, opposite the CSI Centre . Bids submitted after the deadline will be rejected and returned unopened.
The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend on August 24, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local time at the CISP Agadez office. Any further information can be obtained at the address mentioned in point 4 above.
