the State of Niger Has Funds Through the African Development Bank (afdb) and the West African Development Bank (boad) to Implement the Integrated Project to Open Up Cross-border Production Zones (pidzpt) Hamdara-wacha-dungass-nigeria Border Under the Supervision of the Ministry of Equipment and Infrastructure, and Intends to Use Part of the Sums Granted Under This Loan and This Adf Donation to Finance the Contract Relating to the Recruitment of a Consultant/firm to Provide Awareness-raising Services to the Populations of the Project Area of Influence (zip) on the Protection of the Environment, Structures, Stis, Hiv Aids, and Gender-based Violence.
