Tenders Are Invited for Loading and Transport Service of 1,200,000 Tonnes of Limestone for the Benefit of the Ain Touta Cement Company
The Ain-Touta Cement Company (S.CIM.AT), located at 73 Bis, Rue Benfis La Verdure, 05000 Batna, Algeria, is launching an Open National Invitation to Tender for:
"Loading and transport of 1,200,000 tons of limestone for the benefit of the Ain-Touta Cement Company."
Companies interested in this Invitation to Tender may obtain the Specifications upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Algerian Dinars (50,000.00 DA) from the Secretariat of the Purchasing Committee of SCIMAT, 73 Bis Rue Benfis La Verdure, 05000 Batna.
The deadline for submitting bids is thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of the invitation to tender in the national press and/or the BOMOP.
The technical offer, containing all the documents required in the specifications, is placed in a sealed envelope marked "Company Name - Technical Offer - N*10/SCDA/SCIMAT/2026".
The financial offer, containing all the documents required in the specifications, is placed in a sealed envelope marked "Company Name - Financial Offer - N10/SCDA/SCIMAT/2026".
The two sealed envelopes, one for the technical offer and one for the financial offer, are placed inside an outer envelope bearing only the following markings:
