The project involves the procurement of a cryomicrotome, which is a device used for rapidly freezing tissues to produce high-quality tissue sections. It will be utilized for evaluating the distribution, efficacy, and toxicity of peptide drug candidates, as well as for histological analysis. The equipment must support the preparation of samples for immunofluorescence staining, special staining, NGS, and spatial transcriptomics analysis, thereby facilitating research on mechanisms of action at the tissue level and providing precise analysis. The contractor is required to deliver the equipment within 90 days of the contract, ensuring that all components are verified and the installation is completed within the specified timeframe.
