Institutional Contract for the Reproduction of Materials for the Implementation of PROCOSAN Maternal and Childhood
Within the framework of the Biennial Work Program (PBT) 2026-2027 signed between the Ministry of Health (MINSA) and UNICEF, actions are implemented aimed at strengthening Primary Health Care, maternal and child nutrition and the prevention of chronic malnutrition through the PROCOSAN Maternal and Childhood strategy.
As part of these actions, the MINSA requires standardized educational materials that support the processes of training, counseling, communication for behavior change and support for pregnant women, mothers, fathers, caregivers and health personnel at different levels of care. These materials constitute support tools to promote appropriate nutrition, feeding, breastfeeding practices, monitoring of child growth and development, as well as the adoption of care practices during pregnancy, the neonatal period and early childhood.
