Tenders Are Invited for Relocation of the "porta mítica" sculpture and the landscaping of the surrounding area at the new roundabout providing access to the ronda de dalt in esplugues de llobregat
The purpose of these Specifications is to regulate the specific legal and administrative conditions governing the contract to execute the works outlined in the Basic and Executive Project for relocating the *Porta Mítica* sculpture and landscaping the surroundings of the new roundabout providing access to the Ronda de Dalt (Exit 13). This project was signed by architect Josep Soler Barceló (of the firm HÈLIX ARQUITECTES ASSOCIATS, SLP; Tax ID B65751588) and was initially approved by the Local Government Board on March 2, 2026. The object of the contract is the execution of the works detailed in the Basic and Executive Project for relocating the *Porta Mítica* sculpture and landscaping the surroundings of the new roundabout providing access to the Ronda de Dalt (Exit 13) in Esplugues de Llobregat. These works consist of the following: - Creating a welcoming entrance area for Esplugues de Llobregat. - Incorporating the *Porta Mítica* sculpture by sculptor Manuel Àlvarez (currently dismantled and held in storage by the City Council) into the roundabout's landscape design. The sculpture will require restoration and placement on a new foundation.
