Request for Proposal: change Management Training
As IOM’s operations continue to expand, the organization is increasingly required to navigate complex and continuous change. Evolving humanitarian and migration contexts, organizational growth, and shifting operational priorities demand that staff at all levels are equipped to lead, manage, and adapt to change effectively. Strong change management capabilities are essential to ensure organizational resilience, support informed decision making, maintain operational continuity, and enable the successful implementation of new strategies, policies, and ways of working. Change Management training services aims to strengthen the capacity of IOM staff to manage and lead change effectively by providing practical tools and frameworks to anticipate change, engage stakeholders, communicate clearly, address resistance, and support teams through transitions. By building these competencies, the training contributes to IOM’s broader objectives of strengthening organizational performance, enhancing accountability, and ensuring smooth, mission aligned change implementation across diverse and fast paced operational environments.
