Tenders Are Invited for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Shade Nets and Water Tanks for Kavango East and Kavango West Regions

and Installation of Shade Nets and Water Tanks for Kavango East and Kavango West
Regions in two (02) lots as follows:
(a) Lot 1: 5 No. Shade Nets and 1 No. Water Tanks for Kavango East Region
(b) Lot 2: 6 No. Shade Nets and 6 No. Water Tanks for Kavango West Region
the Government of the Republic of Namibia Has Received Financing From the African Development Bank Hereinafter Called the Bank Toward the Cost of the Namibia Agriculture Mechanization and Seed Improvement Project (namsip), and Intends to Apply Part of the Proceeds Toward Payments Under the Contracts for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Shade Nets and Water Tanks for Kavango East and Kavango West Regions in Two (02) Lots as Follows:
lot 1: 5 No. Shade Nets and 1 No. Water Tanks for Kavango East Region
lot 2: 6 No. Shade Nets and 6 No. Water Tanks for Kavango West Region
for This Contract, the Borrower Shall Process the Payments Using the Direct Payment Disbursement Method, as Defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and Procedures for Investment Project Financing, Except for Those Payments, Which the Contract Provides to Be Made Through Letter of Credit.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10 August 2026, 10:00 am
local Namibian time. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be
rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated
representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below 10 August
2026, 10:30 am local Namibian time.
