Expression of Interest Selection of a PM (IBsD Member Country) Consulting Firm for the Monitoring and Supervision Mission of Project GIN 1061
4. The Road Management Agency (AGEROUTE Guinea SA) of the Ministry of Infrastructure of the Republic of Guinea, Project Implementation Agency , invites eligible Consulting Firms to express their interest in providing the above Services.
5. Interested consultants must provide specific information demonstrating that they are fully qualified to perform the services (documentation, references for similar services, experience in comparable conditions, availability of adequate skills among their staff, etc.).

Interested Consultants are invited to take note of Clauses 1.12.1 and 1.12.2 (Part 01-Procurement Policies / Chapter 01-General Provisions) of the “ Guidelines for the Procurement of Consulting Services under Projects Financed by the Islamic Development Bank (the “Guidelines”), April 2019 Edition, Revised February 2023 ” defining the IDB’s rules concerning conflicts of interest.
8. Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications, clearly indicating the type of association, i.e., a consortium of consultants, or an intention to subcontract. In the case of a consortium, all partners in the consortium will be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, should it be awarded. There is no limit to the number of consulting firms that may form a single consortium.
9. The selection will be made in accordance with the SFQC (Quality and Cost Based Selection) method stipulated in the “ Guidelines for the Procurement of Consulting Services under Projects Financed by the Islamic Development Bank (the “Guidelines”), April 2019 Edition, Revised in February 2023 ”.
10. Interested Consultants may obtain additional information at the address mentioned above every working day from Monday to Friday, or at the address mentioned below during the office opening hours indicated: 08:00 to 16:00, local time .
