Notice of Call for Tender: Construction Of Solar Energy Drilling, Development Of 40 Ha For Market Gardening With Solar Irrigation And A Californian Network In The Departments Of Atakora And Alibori In Benin
Within the framework of the Regional Project for the Promotion of Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) , financed by the Adaptation Fund via BOAD , the ECOWAS Commission is launching the National Open Tender No. ARAA/CSA-BOAD/2026/AON/006 .
This call for tenders concerns the construction of nineteen (19) solar-powered boreholes and the development of forty (40) hectares of market garden areas , integrating solar irrigation systems and a Californian network , in the departments of Atacora and Alibori in Benin , for a period of execution of four (04) months .
The market is subdivided into two (02) separate lots :
Lot 1: ten (10) solar boreholes and twenty-five (25) hectares developed in the department of Atacora;
Lot 2: nine (09) solar boreholes and fifteen (15) hectares developed in the department of Alibori.
