Tender Invited For Earth work in excavation over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, One and Half mtr in width as well as 10 sqm On plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50m and lift up to One and Half mtr, dispose earth to be level and neatly dressed complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.All kinds of soil/ soft rock/ weathered rock , Return earth filling by available excavated earth (excluding rock) or locally available sand in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming(allow for breading up lumps, shrinkage etc.) watering lead upto 50 metre and lift up to 1.5 m complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge , Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1isto3isto6 (1 cement isto 3 Coarse sand isto 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size )in foundation, plinth wherever necessary including desalinating, finishing, curing etc. as per specification all complete but centring and shuttering etc. , Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work 1isto1.5isto3 (1 Cement isto 1.5 coarse sand isto 3 graded stone aggregate using 20 mm down screened and washed) including machine mixing, placing in position and mechanically vibrating in footing, column, plinth beam up to plinth level and like including preparing of the top surface finishing curing ecomplete in all respects as per specification and direction. , "Hire and labour charges for providing and fixing straight shuttering for concrete works to anywhere at any floor (including staging) including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form or striking out after completion of works as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-charge. , a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns plinth beam etc" , Steel reinforcement (for reinforced cement concrete work) including transporting, decoiling, straightening, derusting, placing, cutting to requisite length, hooking, bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection including removal of loose rust and applying a coat of cement wash if necessary complete in all respects as per drawing and at any floor as directed. , "Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designationisto Cement Mortar 1isto6 (1 cement isto 6 coarse sand). , 7.5 in foundation and plinth inisto" , 12 mm cement plaster of mix isto 1isto 4 (1 cement isto 4 coarse sand ) , Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. , Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling gravels of size range 5 mm to 10 mm, in the recharge pit, over the existing layer of boulders, in required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. , Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling coarse sand of size range 1.5 mm to 2 mm in recharge pit, in required thickness over gravel layer, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer -incharge. , Supplying Pea Gravel as per direction of Engineer -incharge. , Supplying uPVC Slotted Pipe 100 mm dia as per ISisto12818 as per the dircetion of Engineer -incharge. , Supplying U-PVC pipes (working pressure 4 kg per cm square) Single socketed pipe 110 mm dia as per the dircetion of Engineer -incharge. , Supplying uPVC coupler for UPVC drainage pipes 110 mm as per the dircetion of Engineer -incharge. , Supplying uPVC bend 87.5 degree 110 mm bend as per the dircetion of Engineer -incharge. , Supplying UPVC pipe clip 110 mm bend as per the dircetion of Engineer -incharge. , Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in ISisto 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, upto 90 metre depth below ground level. All types of soil 300mm dia , Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of required dia, conforming to ISisto 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.
